In no event shall sp999's total liability to you for any and all claims arising from or related to your use of the Platform exceed the total net deposits made by you to your sp999 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
sp999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably determines that these Terms have been violated, where continued account operation poses a legal or compliance risk, or where required by applicable regulation. Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (net of any forfeited bonus balances) will be returned to the account holder via the account's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any pending KYC or withdrawal review process.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting the sp999 support team via live chat. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Responsible gaming-related closure and self-exclusion requests are processed as a priority.
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law.
